Delicious String Beans

Green beans are delicious and readily available, but they can be boring. So give them some complexity and flavor by melting a little gorgonzola into the beans. Once the beans are cooked and still piping hot crumble in some gorgonzola, toss and serve. They can be a great appetizer or side dish that goes perfectly with grilled or roasted meats.
