If you are trying to find a recipe you viewed on television, it would be difficult for us to know which episode you saw. Most likely, you were watching Lidia's most recent show, Lidia's Italy, or her older show, Lidia's Family Table. All recipes from these shows can be found in her companion books. Unfortunately, due to copyright laws, we are not able to publish or send individual recipes upon request.

Lidia loves talking with her fans and answering their questions. We try to answer many of your questions via email or in Lidia's newsletter. You can also post your questions to Lidia on her Facebook page. Lidia checks all of her sites daily.
