This is not a recipe from scratch, but a way to "build" a second, logical dish from the first, to both extend it and make it not feel like having the same dish two nights in a row. Some of the basic ingredients in Pasta Puttanesca (Lidia's is perfect) - anchovies, capers, olives - are the same ingredients southern Italians use with tuna. Simply adding tuna to leftover pasta puttanesca is a great use of leftovers.
